Every SKIGEMSJEWELINDIA piece is handcrafted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and quality-checked before dispatch.
Ready pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces take 2–4 weeks; we confirm exact timelines with you on WhatsApp before you commit.
Shipping within India is free on every order. All shipments travel by insured, trackable courier, and your tracking number is shared on WhatsApp/email as soon as your piece is dispatched.
International orders: we ship worldwide. International shipping is charged at actual courier cost (quoted to you before payment), and any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order on delivery, and we recommend recording a short unboxing video — it protects you in the rare case of transit damage.
Transit damage or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we will replace the piece or refund you in full, including shipping.
Change of mind: we offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging. As each piece is handcrafted, we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Return shipping for such exchanges is borne by the customer; we bear it whenever the fault is ours.
Custom, personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Caring for your jewellery
Kundan, Polki and Meenakari jewellery is delicate by nature. Keep it away from water, perfume and cosmetics; store it in the box provided; wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
