What we never collect. Card and banking details — payment is made directly by you via UPI, bank transfer, or a secure payment link, and we never see or store it.
Why we collect it. To fulfil your orders, generate GST invoices, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — share new collections with you on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Sharing. Your data is shared only with our courier (for delivery), our payment provider (for secure payment links, where used), and authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
Retention. Order records are kept as required by Indian tax law; enquiry data is kept only as long as it is useful.
